文法的に言えば「since」の後は現在完了ではなく単純過去が来なければならないので，このタイトルは「since U (you) were gone」となるべきであり「since U (you) been gone」ではいけないはずですが，気持ちが強すぎて論理やルールが曲がることは少なくありません。主人公は相手が「いなくなった（そして今もいない）こと」で非常にほっとしているようですが，おそらくこの辺りが理由で彼女は現在完了を使ったいるのだと思われます。
Grammatically speaking, it should be "since you're gone" not "since you been gone" because since should be followed by past simple not past perfect.  Emotion often bends the rule or logic.  The narrator seems to be much relieved by the absence of the second person.  Probably that's why she uses past simple.

なにもここまで言わなくてもと思うのは私だけでしょうか？実はこの曲，あるサイトで「最高のリベンジ・ヴィデオ」のリストにランクインしていました。確か全部で20曲以上が取り上げられていたと思いますが，そのうち男性アーティストのものは２・３ほどで，残りはすべて女性アーティストのヴィデオでした。

巷でよく聞く「女性は別れた相手を新しい相手で上書き」説の説得力がいや増す昨今です。
